1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Kitche Jersey Coop Channel Islands Supermarket Voucher Giveaway
(“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
● Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
● Must download the Kitche mobile application (“App”).
● Must complete the sign-up process on the App and enter a Jersey postcode

2. Giveaway Period:
2.1. The Giveaway will run for a period of one month, starting from the week commencing 20th November and ending on 18th December. The Giveaway winners will be notified via email on the 19th December.

3. Entry Mechanism:
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
● Download the Kitche mobile application.
● Complete the sign-up process, providing accurate information, including a valid postcode in Jersey

4. Winner draw:
4.1. All eligible participants who have successfully completed the entry mechanism will be automatically entered into a draw on competition close
4.2. 3 winners will be randomly selected by Kitche.

5. Prize:
5.1. Each winner will receive a £100 Coop Channel Islands voucher

6. Winner Notification:
6.1. The winners will be notified via the email address provided during the sign-up process within 1 day of the draw (19th December).
6.2. Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide any additional information required for prize distribution.

7. Prize Distribution:
7.1. The prize vouchers will be delivered to the winners via email or other suitable means, as determined by Kitche and Coop, within 2 days of winner confirmation.

8. General Conditions:
8.1. The decisions of Kitche regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection and prize distribution, are final and binding.
8.2. Kitche reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
8.3. Participants agree that Kitche may use their names and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without further compensation or consent.
8.4. This Giveaway is sponsored and endorsed by Coop Channel Islands.

9. Privacy Policy:
9.1. Participants’ personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Kitche’s Privacy Policy.
