With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry Chef Dan is excited to join the team to help with the fight against food waste. Dan has had the pleasure to work all over the world from sunny Australia to the snowy French Alps. He currently teaches people how to cook and better their skills at home. He found this passion for teaching cooking when he worked as Jamie Oliver’s Head Food Champion in his London cookery schools. Now he is on a mission to have zero waste in the kitchens by helping you all find fun and innovative ways to combat wastage.
